Girls with Pearls at El Cantante Premiere

Being the lovers of multicultural fashion that we are, here at Mudan Boutique, we love seeing what our Latina sisters have in their closets. Imagine our surprise to find El Cantante’s LA premiere studded with pearls!
El Cantante stars Jennifer Lopez opposite her husband of three years, Marc Anthony. The musically-inclined Puerto Rican-American duo portray salsa pioneer Hector Lavoe and his stylishly-named wife, Puchi. J.Lo’s just hoping this significant-other-starring film won’t go the way of her last one… anyone remember Gigli ?
All the same, we love her style.

Ana Ortiz of ABC’s “Ugly Betty” went with a Y-shape as well. And, is it just us, or is that shorter necklace a nod to the Asian-inspired power-bead trend of yore?
Zoe Saldana, who starred in teen flicks Center Stage and Drumline went demure dangles.
And Mexican tv star Natalia Ramos chose a traditional princess-length strand.
